Damage:

We
are not responsible for shipping damage: Please inspect the PACKAGE and
MERCHANDISE carefully for any possible damage in transit. Should any damage be
found for UPS shipment please contact UPS within 5 business days at
800-742-5877 to file a claim. You will be given instructions on how to proceed
with a claim. DO NOT return the package to us, as this may void your claim. As
soon as UPS agrees to pay for the damage we will either replace the damaged
items or issue a refund to you. Please tell us which you prefer: replacement or
refund.

Returns:

We
accept returns only if they are returned to us within seven (7) days after they
are received.  All
returns must be authorized to be processed so if you need to return your item,
contact us first before doing so. No
unauthorized returns will be accepted.

All
returned items must be new, unused, and in their original factory packaging.
Misused, shipping damaged items, or used items will not be accepted for return.

A
Repair/Replacement Fee will be assessed to all authorized returns received
incomplete or damaged, or may be refused at our discretion. Items returned are
subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We
do not refund shipping or pay return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item
or the item is defective.

Damaged:

If there is any error or defect with your product, please report
it immediately upon receiving it. All returns must be authorized to be
processed so if you need to return your item, contact us first before doing so. All returns must be shipped within 7 days.
