Combined Shipping
We are happy to combine shipping to save you money. If you need an order combined, please request an invoice before making payment. Our policy for combined shipping, is that you first pay the highest shipping and handling charge, and then we deduct $1.00 from shippng and handling, for each additional item purchased. If you have any combined shipping questions, please ask before bidding and paying, so that all details are clear.
For International shipping, please note you are responsible for knowing your country’s laws concerning duty and importing, and for any charges your country may charge you. We are not responsible if your country’s customs seizes your shipment. International shipping delivery times vary greatly. Keep in mind that in some cases international shipments can take over a month to arrive, this is out of our control. Please do not purchase any knives without knowing and understanding your local customs laws. First class Int’l and Priority small box shipments are not trackable, but you can upgrade to Priority Int’l medium box for $60, this would include shipping for up to 10 items (you need to message us if you would like to do this).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of returned product, in the same condition as sent, we will then send you a refund of your payment(less shipping costs). You are responsible for any return shipping charges, please send in the same shipping format sent to you, and in the original condition. If an item was sent to you with “Free Shipping”, there will be a 15% restocking charge, which will be deducted from your refund. Please email us with any concerns you may have, and we will do our best to resolve any of your concerns.
