Let it sit for 30 seconds for water to creep up the membrane, then take 5 strong sucks to get the water flowing. When done drinking, blow a breath of air back down into the LifeStraw to purge the water out, shake, then recap. If you drink from murky water and the water flow stops, blow back into it to purge the water and mud from the filter. When you return home from a hiking trip, drink some tap water with the LifeStraw, purge the filter by blowing back into it, then leave it to dry with the caps off.

The Guppy was the first of the self defense weapons, which I invented. Again, as I pointed out in the video, I wanted a self defense weapon; which had a bulbulous head so that when used like a hammer, it could put some significant pressures onto a target. It does this by the small surface area which you are striking with. Also in this model I wanted to be able to do soft tissue captures, pummel attacks, and also be able to do digit captures off the side edge. The Guppy doesn't look like a weapon at all, and that is part of the charm. Some of the military cannot take their own weapons in the battle so we actually took a dremel tool and modified the Guppy. We put a Christian cross symbol on the Guppy and a little text that says 'please come home soon daddy'. It looks like a Christian fish symbol, so who would take a person's religious symbol away from them? The Guppy can travel anywhere you go. It's a great self defense weapon and it is the beginning of the other models. Great weapon for your self defense, home safety, or personal safety.
The Spec Ops 1 was the next in the line of improvements to the self defense weapons, and I wanted to combine a couple of the features plus make it low profile. This self defense weapon allows you to have a point out front so that you can defend yourself against punches or kicks; which you allow your opponent to run into the point thus hurting themselves. The rear point makes a great soft tissue capture device! Once you get a hold of your opponent, you really are hooked up to them and they know it! I also wanted to have a low profile weapon, which would of course be difficult to see until you deploy it. It's an excellent weapon and that can be hidden on your body very easily, and like the Guppy it can be modified to look like a Christian fish or religious symbol. This can be very important if you have to move an aggressive tool through some type of scrutiny. Great for home safety, personal safety, self defense or for womens self defense applications.
